Description

Dealer & Operator Starter Package – Construction Equipment, Light & Heavy Trailers & Aluminium Caravans.

This is a commission-based sales model. For NZD 39,990 + GST, you get a WOLF mini loader with Kubota engine, attachments for almost any job and a Class 1 hydraulic trailer, all operable by one person, with zero-deposit finance available and an 18-month warranty. You can work as an operator, hire provider or authorised dealer of construction equipment (loaders and excavators), light and heavy trailers and aluminium caravans at the lowest prices in NZ. You also receive technology for rubble recycling and producing repair mixes for brick and stone masonry and cladding virtually indistinguishable from the original.

  1. Who is it for :

This opportunity suits practical people wanting to start or grow a business and earn extra income. No showroom, large garage, stock, staff or existing business is needed. Suitable for: 1) people starting out who can park the setup at home 2) farmers, landowners or lifestyle-block owners 3) small contractors and tradies 4) landscaping and property-maintenance businesses 5) construction and demolition businesses 6) anyone combining their own work with regional equipment sales. You do not need to become a full-time dealer or change your lifestyle.

  1. Package price :

For NZD 39,990 + GST you get: WOLF mini loader, Kubota engine, 2.5 t capacity – NZD 32,000 + GST + MANNAL twin-axle hydraulic tipping trailer, max payload 2.7 t – NZD 8,000 + GST. You will also need a suitable utility vehicle rated to tow a 3,500 kg braked trailer. Examples: Land Rover Discovery II/III, Nissan Patrol GU/Y61 4.8, Volkswagen Touareg, Ford Ranger PX, Mazda BT-50, Isuzu D-MAX or Nissan Navara NP300. Suitable older vehicles start at about NZD 10,000. Subject to lender approval, the initial equipment may also be financed or leased, significantly reducing upfront capital, potentially to zero deposit.

  1. One-person operation & transport:

We deliberately chose a compact WOLF mini loader weighing about 2.5 t, available with a Japanese Kubota engine. With a hydraulic trailer weighing about 750 kg and a suitable utility vehicle, it forms a mobile setup one person can operate, load and transport. When correctly configured, the combination is designed to stay around 6 t and meet relevant NZ Class 1, trailer-towing and vehicle/combination weight requirements. The video shows easy loading and transport between jobs: We provide free training in loader operation and safe trailer loading. It is a straightforward process for anyone who regularly drives a motor vehicle.

  1. Uses :

Use the WOLF mini loader on a farm, your property, in your business or to provide local services. You can also hire out or sell the setup. With different attachments, one compact machine can handle: earthworks, landscaping, mowing, auger drilling, trenching, material handling, demolition, crushing, site clean-up, pallet handling, construction and property maintenance. Some available attachments are shown in the appendix.

  1. Become a regional dealer – no stock, workshop or showroom

2Material Ltd holds exclusive NZ distribution rights for 68 WOLF products with Japanese or European engine options: Forklifts, Excavators, Skid Steer Loaders, Backhoe Loaders, Telescopic Loaders, Wheel Loaders. + 10+ MANAL light and heavy hydraulic trailers + 18+ durable aluminium-bodied caravans. As a regional partner, you can represent construction equipment, light and heavy trailers, caravans and other approved 2Material Ltd products without buying or stocking them. Your own setup is also your demo unit, so customers can see the machine working and hear your first-hand experience. You use, know and demonstrate the setup. 2Material Ltd handles the sale, order, delivery, 18-month warranty service and post-warranty repairs across NZ. If a customer buys a machine, attachment or other approved product through your regional representation, you receive the agreed sales commission. Commission is set individually by product, category and region. Areas without current representation may receive better terms. Exclusive regional representation may also be agreed for suitable partners.

  1. Commission & warranty reserve :

The model is transparent and based on the manufacturer’s sale price, with allowance for the 18-month warranty. A total 60% is added to the manufacturer’s price: 20% – freight, import costs & advertising, 20% – 18-month warranty repair reserve, 10% – regional partner commission, 10% – 2Material Ltd margin. Final sale price is therefore about 160% of manufacturer price. Settlement and return of unused 20% reserve for two-year warranty

A separate 20% reserve is held for each machine sold, solely for possible warranty repairs during the two-year warranty. Under our manufacturer arrangement, for an approved warranty fault the manufacturer supplies the required replacement part free + pays freight to NZ. The reserve therefore mainly covers local labour for diagnosis and replacement. Repairs can be done by us or a local service centre. We budget about NZD 100/hour for service labour. If the full reserve is not used during the warranty period, the balance is split equally between the regional partner and 2Material Ltd after warranty expiry. This means the partner may receive, in addition to the 10% sales commission, part of the unused warranty reserve. In this example, the partner could receive up to NZD 7,000 total – NZD 4,000 sales commission + NZD 3,000 from the unused reserve after the 18-month warranty. If an end customer contacts 2Material Ltd directly about a product, the enquiry will be passed to the partner in the region where the loader will be used. The sale will be treated as partner-generated and the partner receives the same commission as if they sourced the customer themselves.

  1. What you also get :

Another package covers recycling and building-material production. The WOLF loader can be just the start. 2Material Ltd focuses on construction-waste recycling, environmental protection and heritage conservation. We are finalising a system for processing construction rubble, especially brick and masonry waste, into fine material. Using our own know-how and recipes, it can produce: specialised mixes for repairing historic brick and stone masonry + brick slips, cladding and tiles replicating the look of original historic brick and stone. Regional partners may also access our specialised historic-masonry repair and mix-production system. The business can grow from general equipment work to regional sales, recycling, specialist repairs and higher-value building-material production.
